Ashland Porch

The porch railings on this Ashland Avenue home had long since rotted. The owners were also unhappy with the wrought iron stair railings that had been there since purchasing the house.

We created an exact copy of the former railings, but instead of painting the mahogany top rail, decided to use floor wood preservative and show the dark red finish.

We replaced the wrought iron stair rails with four posts and wooden stair rails matching the other railings.
