This project was for a homeowner who wanted to dress up the front of her house in anticipation of selling it this spring. Small improvements like replacing inappropriate columns with Victorian ones, spray painting the shutters, painting the foundation and replacing the lighting will increase her selling potential. We are replacing a door installed in the 80’s with an original Victorian door. She plans to have the interior floors sanded and polyurethaned tis spring.
