I bought my parents' home early last year and have been restoring it for me and my family. Mr. Frederiksen has helped me in every step of the process, including design and construction. His company has installed a new kitchen, two bathrooms, restored my oak flooring, done interior and exterior carpentry and painting. Everything was done in a timely manner and at a competitive price. I highly recommend his company. Overall my experience with my home restoration projects have been great due to the effort and skill put forth by Mr. Frederiksen and his workers. I can't thank him enough for making my dreams come true, and helping me to achieve my goal of a beautiful home.

We wanted our bathroom redone last spring and contacted Frederiksen's for an estimate. He arrived promptly, was courteous and professional in telling us what would and would not be covered in the estimate. After getting a couple more estimates, we decided to use Charlie. He and his workers consistently arrived on time, got the job done quickly and were always courteous to me and my husband. There were a couple of delays (as with any construction or remodel job!) but they were always communicated clearly to us so there were no surprises. The job did run over a little bit in time but not in price, which was a lovely surprise to be honest. We are so happy with our new tub and my husband especially loves the jacuzzi part! Over the winter we had some work done on the kitchen and we're planning on having more work done this coming spring.

Though not a Buffalo resident but a frequent Buffalo visitor, Charlie has offered invaluable advice for upgrades to my condo. Knowing the history of his home, Charlie restored it to its historic glory in his spare time. And within two years of moving in, it became a regular stop on the Buffalo Historic Homes tour. The befores and after of his work speak for themselves, including the fabulous deck he installed on his own home. This here is a no-brainer ... I would recommend Charlie to anyone wishing for home restoration projects, both interior and exterior.
